• Add 2 to 4 drops to a diffuser before bedtime to help create a calming atmosphere throughout the room
• Add 1 to 2 drops on your pillow before going to sleep
• For a relaxing bath, add 2 to 3 drops into your bath with a dispersant oil
• In the shower, add 2 to 3 drops to the corner away from direct stream for steam inhalation
• For topical use, dilute 1 drop with approximately 5 ml carrier oil and massage onto wrists, back of neck or chest before bed
