  • JING is both online and in-store! You can shop with us anytime online, or visit our beautiful Byron Bay store for an in-person experience. Our Byron Bay store is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 10am to 2pm.

Shipping

  • We only ship within Australia.

  • Orders placed before 11 am ship the same business day. Most customers in Australia get their package in 2–4 business days.

  • Yes. After placing your order, you can either contact us directly or reply to Australia Post’s text message to give Authority to Leave. If no authority is given, a signature will be required by default. If no one is home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office, where you can collect it with photo ID.

  •  • Free standard shipping on orders over $200

    • Free express shipping on orders over $300

    • Orders under $200: Standard shipping $12.50, express $20

  • Customers are welcome to collect from our Byron Bay store.

  • Customers receive full tracking information via email and can track their parcel online using a unique tracking number.

  • Yes, you can change the shipping/delivery address if you contact us before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched and allocated a tracking number, we are unable to make any changes. Buyers are fully responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. A re-delivery fee will apply if items are returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address.

  • Currently, we only offer shipping via Australia Post.

  • You can estimate the delivery time using the Australia Post postage calculator. Simply Google “Australia Post Calculate Postage”, enter the “From” postcode 2481, and then enter your own postcode to get an estimate.

  • All major credit/debit cards & Afterpay.

  • Yes, our prices include GST.

Orders & Returns

  • To confirm your order was successful, you should check your email for a confirmation email. For further assistance, please contact us to confirm your order.

  • We can only cancel your order and provide a full refund before the item has been dispatched (indicated by a tracking number being issued). After the item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel orders. Our 14 Days returns process will need to be followed in these instances.

  • If your order is cancelled before the item is dispatched, the refund will be provided within 1 working day. For an item that is returned, refund are completed within 1 working day.

  • You can search our product catalogue by selecting ‘Products’ in the website menu and navigate our range using the filter options. You can also contact us for guidance from one of our naturopaths.

  • Always refer to the product label for the recommended storage instructions.

  • We recommend consulting with your Healthcare Practitioner or one of our naturopaths to help establish a personalised health plan.

  • The best time for consumption depends on the supplement. We recommend referring to the label or to the individual product page on the JING’s website for further information.
