Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day and go via Australia Post. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates
• Free standard shipping on orders over $250.
• Orders under $200: Standard shipping $13.95, express $19.95.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
Jing Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Item Received
On the rare occasion that an incorrect item is sent, we’ll resolve it as quickly and simply as possible.
• If the item received is valued under $50, you’re welcome to keep it, and we’ll send out the correct product straight away.
• If the item is valued over $50, we’ll arrange a prepaid return through Australia Post. Simply drop it off at your local post office and keep the receipt as proof of return.
Once you’ve sent through confirmation that the return has been lodged, we’ll promptly dispatch the correct item.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
