Ingredients to support kidney structure and function:

• Dandelion leaf detoxifies and promotes urine flow. It contains beta-sitosterol for kidney protection, quercetin for antioxidants, and chicoric acid for inflammation reduction, shielding kidneys from harm.
• Goldenrod acts as a gentle diuretic, promoting urine flow and historically used for kidney issues like stones and UTIs.
  
  
• Fu Ling (Poria cocos) is a medicinal fungus that inhibits renal fibrosis and CKD progression. It also acts as a diuretic without electrolyte loss like pharmaceuticals.
  
  
• Zhu Ling (Polyporus umbellatus) is an edible mushroom in TCM, used for urinary and kidney problems. It regulates water channels in the kidneys and protects against kidney injury and fibrosis.

Suggested Use:
