Coffee is great for energy—it just often comes with a side of jitters and the dreaded mid-day crash. Ashwagandha is a powerful herb to help you fight occasional stress, and balance out the negative side effects of coffee. You’ll have to find another excuse for mid-day naps.

Made with organic, Arabica coffee beans with only half the caffeine as a regular cup of coffee (50 mg of caffeine).

Brews medium and rich. You’ll completely forget the word “adaptogen” is on the bag while you’re drinking it. You’ll remember when you notice you haven’t crashed around mid-day.

Ingredients:

- Organic Instant Coffee: Four Sigmatic's shade-grown, organic coffee is grown in Colombia. After carefully roasting and brewing the beans, they concentrate the coffee by evaporation and finish it off by spray-drying it into a pure instant powder. They come from Finland and Finnish people drink more coffee than anyone else in the world. So they take this stuff seriously.

- Organic Ashwagandha: This is an adaptogen you should get to know. It’s an ancient Ayurvedic herb used for so many benefits and to support so many conditions. It is particularly loved for its stress and fatigue supporting properties.

- Organic Eleuthero: An adaptogenic root used in Asia and Russia for hundreds of years. It’s known as the Siberian ginseng and may support stamina, endurance, and overall wellbeing.

- Organic Tulsi: One of the best calm-promoting adaptogens out there, tulsi has been used for centuries in Ayurveda, one of the oldest-known systems of medicine. Known to uplift mood, support digestion, and promote balanced energy, Tulsi is known as “holy basil” for good reason.

- Organic Chaga Mushroom: Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) supports immune function and has been used for hundreds of years. It was used as a coffee substitute in Finland back in WWII when beans weren’t available. Four Sigmatic wildcraft their Chaga, which means they get it directly from birch trees (with sustainable practice). Then they extract its fruiting bodies and spray dry the concentrate. The final product is a mixable, organic powder with no fillers or carriers.
