The world's first orally bioavailable GHK-Cu Copper peptide capsules - combined with the Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), Stomach acid buffer/Peptide absorption enhancers

SNAC, and Sodium Bicarbonate in acid-resistant delayed-release, enteric-coated capsules.

Normally GHK-Cu in its raw form is not effective orally as this tripeptide doesn't withstand the stomach acid nor the proteolytic enzymes in the stomach; but by protecting the peptide with SNAC, Sodium bicarbonate and delayed release, enteric-coated capsules a large percentage of the GHK-Cu peptide can pass these barriers to administration and be delivered to the GI tract and absorbed intact for systemic benefit.

Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that has been studied to show neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine/mast cell stabilizing, and analgesic properties. PEA may also provide relief from acute and chronic pain, and may significantly reduce inflammation via interacting with all of the following receptors: CB1, CB2, PPARa, GRR55, TRPV1, and COX2.

Sodium bicarbonate and Salcaprozate Sodium (SNAC) plus use of Delayed Release (DR) acid-resistant capsules are all used to resist and buffer stomach acidity and to maximize the absorption of the GHK-Cu peptide. In the stomach, the digestive enzyme pepsin can break down the GHK peptide, but this only occurs at low pH, therefore adding SNAC + Bicarb to buffer acidity may substantially improve absorption and maximize oral delivery even if the acid-resistant DR capsules break or open.
